	New York/ New York Hotel and resort
	Las Vegas ,Nevada (opening date January 1997) *Gaskin & Bezanski* *Architecture and Engineering Inc.* We provided the Architectural and Structural engineering plans for the 2,100-room hotel tower. The vision for the design was to create the skyline of New York city by including some of the most famous icons of the city, such as Empire State, Chrysler, Century, Trump ,CBS, AT&T, New Yorker, Seagram etc. We developed a 3-D design with the appearance of free standing buildings ,but in reality is one building with a functional connecting floor plan. This project also includes multi-story parking structure ,roller coaster on top of the low- rise ,show room building etc. and was completely designed and built in 18 months.


	Circus-Circus Hotel and resort (various phases of work in the 1980's)
	Las Vegas ,Nevada *IMB Ilia Bezanski* *Structural Engineers ,Inc.* We provided Structural engineering plans and services for the largest cantilevered front canopy in the world at that time. The work also included accounting and buffet buildings, warehouse addition ,steak house, underground parking and campground structures


	Luxor Hotel tower (addition to the original resort 1997)
	Las Vegas, Nevada *IMB Ilia Bezanski,* *Structural Engineers Inc.* We provided the Structural engineering plans for the 2,000 room hotel expansion and interior remodel of the existing public areas.


	Monte Carlo Hotel and Resort
	Las Vegas ,Nevada (opening date June 1996) *Gaskin & Bezanski* *Architecture and engineering Inc.* We provided the Architectural and Structural engineering plans for the 3000-room hotel tower and the five story parking structure .Also included are theater ,micro brewery and public areas .This project was completely designed and built in 18 months .The vision for this design was to achieve the turn of the century look.


	Third & Lewis Office Complex(1980's)
	Las Vegas ,Nevada *IMB Ilia Bezanski* *Structural Engineers ,Inc.* We provided Structural engineering services the facility, which featured Six –stories of offices above a five- story parking structure.
